Graphic Design Intake Form

  • If necessary, the graphic design team will set up a meeting to further discuss scope, timeline, specifications and design direction.

    Please allow 1 week for alts or variations on existing design and at least 2 weeks for new and redesign work. Final printed product will require an additional 1-2 weeks for print production.

    We will contact you with an estimated finish date prior to beginning your project if it is different from your request. Scheduling is based on urgency of project and department priorities.

    If you have any questions or concerns about your project request, you can contact the graphic design team and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
