Internal Submissions
Jumbotron Media Requests
We ask that you submit your request at least 48 hours prior to your posting requirement.
- All slide submissions must be in PowerPoint format, saved as a jpeg
- If multiple slides are submitted, they can be saved as a Windows Media Video (.2mv) file
- All video submissions must be created and saved in MP4 format
- Save your file with brief description and include the last date you’d like your file to be displayed (example Founders 9.18.15)
- Upload your saved file and submit with the following information online
