The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning (OIEP) oversees, leads and manages processes that are outcomes-oriented and results-driven for continuous improvement of various facets of the college. The Office provides support for academic and health center program evaluation and review, institutional strategic planning and quality improvement efforts, and campus initiatives, including research. OIEP serves as the college’s central hub to analyze data and information to drive decision-making for planning and assessment.

The Office is overseen by the Vice President of Academic Affairs with assistance from the Executive Vice President, the Director of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness, the Institutional Compliance Officer, the Health Center Compliance Officer, the Director of Institutional Research and Data Analysis, and the Director of Planning and Technology.
