2 Rooms Available in Chiro House in Newark

Hey everyone! Our chiro house has 2 rooms available for June 1st. Rent is $750/month, and it is a month to month lease, utilities are split 5 ways (usually around $70), and the deposit for each room is $800.

There are 2 females and 1 male living in the house, 1 quarter 7, 1 quarter 8 and 1 quarter 3 student. The house is about 15 minutes away from school and close to the 880 Freeway. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a park and there is a lot of street parking right in front of the house.

The tenant of these rooms will be sharing a bathroom with two other girls. The house has a garage that we converted into a home gym with a lot of storage space! We also have a

beautiful back yard with a large lawn and deck. Sorry but pets are not allowed as per the landlords request.

We have a really wonderful vibe in the house and have made it a great home for chiropractor students. We are open to a male or female roommate!
