I graduated with the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport,
Iowa, in June of 1970. After eighteen years in full-time practice, I became a full-time faculty
member of Life Chiropractic College West in 1988. I have held positions including
Director of the Clinic, Director of Planning, Director of Special Projects, Museum Curator
and Employee Ombudsman over the last thirty-one years. I have taught courses in
Spinal Anatomy, History, Gonstead Analysis, A and B and Full Spine Laboratory. For
nineteen years (1990 through 2009) I was a member of the Academy of Site Team
Visitors of the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) and assisted in the process of
accreditation for nine chiropractic programs.
I have also co-authored multiple institutional self-studies and accreditation reports. In addition, my work has been published in the Washington State Chiropractic Association Magazine and the Journal of the Association for the History of Chiropractic.
