Dr. Tim Gay Memorial Donation

On Monday, November 28, 2022, Timothy John Gay passed away aged 69 at his home in Indian Wells, California.

Dr. Gay was born on June 26, 1953, in Minot, North Dakota. He graduated from Everett High School in 1971. He received his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic on December 30, 1977, from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa.

His greatest passion was the Chiropractic profession, where he began practicing as an associate doctor in 1978. In 1980 Dr. Gay opened Redmond Chiropractic Clinic and then the Red-Rose Chiropractic Clinic in Kirkland, WA. In 2001 he established Ultimate Practice Chiropractic & Business Consulting.

Dr. Gay served as Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations at Life Chiropractic College West.

As an icon in the chiropractic community, having spent over three decades in practice, championing the chiropractic profession and vitalistic lifestyle, Dr. Gay was a strong proponent of Lasting Purpose; Dr. Gay epitomized Giving, Doing, Loving, and Serving.

President Dr. Ron Oberstein reflected on Dr. Gay’s involvement with the college and profession, “Dr. Gay’s contribution to the Life West Board of Regents was outstanding, and it was an honor to witness his dedication to the college, as well as his immeasurable support for Life West. He will be missed by Life West and the global chiropractic community.”

Dr. Gay was well known for his sense of humor, his tough-mindedness, his never give up attitude, his generosity, and random acts of kindness – at all times, he did it his way.

No one stood taller as a servant of Chiropractic.

In lieu of flowers, the Gay family requests that donations can be made in Tim’s memory to Life Chiropractic College West
