Dr. Monika Buerger headlines March CE lineup at Life West

Life West is hosting a wide-ranging set of opportunities for chiropractors to complete Continuing Education requirements and expand chiropractic horizons in March. The slate includes chances for chiropractors to learn about human anatomy and brain-based chiropractic, as well as the fifth installment of the Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) program.

Dr. Buerger: A leader in brain-body chiropractic

Monika Buerger, BS, DC

Monika Buerger, BS, DC, will lead a two-day program that teaches participants how chiropractic adjustments may affect brain function. Dr. Buerger, who spoke at the WAVE 2019, will also instruct chiropractors on how to provide optimal care plans based on each patient’s individual neurological integrity.

A return to the lab

James Kunsman, DC

James Kunsman, DC, will return to Life West for a one-day edition of his seminar on human anatomy for health and fitness professionals. This program will educate attendees on biomechanics, the anatomy of the human body, and how an adjustment positively influences biomechanics and neurology.

CCEP course focuses on soft tissue principles

The fifth installment of the CCEP program will focus on the relationships between articulations and soft tissues within the body. The course is divided evenly between lectures and hands-on learning, and participants will learn how to provide optimal evaluations and care for myofascial syndromes, peripheral and secular entrapments, and muscle, tendon and ligamentous restrictions.
