Just because we can’t meet on campus doesn’t mean we can’t meet! Life West is hosting two live, very interactive seminars via Zoom on Saturday, April 25. We’ll help you connect and stay connected with tech support throughout.

Life West faculty members Geraldine Mulhall-Wright, DC, and Bryan Gatterman, DC, DACBR, will be with you live to help you hone your adjusting, X-ray and rehabilitation skills. This is no sit-on-the-couch experience. You’ll be up and moving, and your technique will be evaluated by the instructors as you go hands-on at home or in your office.

As an added bonus, we’re offering two hours of free online, on-demand philosophy CE with Ankur Tayal, DC. Keep reading to learn more about this, and check below for information about extensions for CE.

Pediatric chiropractic with Dr. Mulhall-Wright

Geraldine Mulhall-Wright, DC

This seminar addresses chiropractic care for children up to two years old. It offers opportunities to reinforce pediatric adjusting skills and to practice on dolls to discuss what is learned. Attendees will be better able to identify signs and symptoms of children heading for the autism spectrum and know when a child is ready for a stronger, more manual adjustment.

Those who attend will be better able to assess the spine via radiographic procedures and measurements. You’ll dive deep into images from a wide range of patients, and be able to ask questions throughout the seminar. If you miss this course, Life West will offer it again in July, September and December.

About Life West CE

Continuing education is a critical part of any practicing chiropractor’s career. The California Board of Chiropractic Examiners requires 24 hours of continuing education to retain an active license, 12 of which must be completed via in-person training. Life West offers exceptional continuing education classes for chiropractors. Stay current with mandated licensing requirements as you hone existing skills and learn about new and developing methodologies. See all the CE courses Life West offers online.

As the state navigates the COVID-19 pandemic, California has extended the CE deadline to October 1 for DCs with renewals between March 31 and June 30. See the Executive Order for details.
