Tuna Salad


1 can of tuna
1/2 cup hummus
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Empty can of tuna in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Separate tuna with a fork
3. Add 1/4 cup of hummus, olive oil, and lemon juice
4. Mash along the side of the bowl using a fork
5. Add other 1/4 cup of hummus
6. Add salt and pepper

This is my trick to making tuna salad without mayo! Sometimes I add garlic, red onion, celery, and/or dried cranberries depending on the day. I also add other herbs to spice it up. My mum loves to add feta cheese so feel free to get creative. Enjoy!
