Enrollment Scholarship Application
Applications will be reviewed no later than four weeks prior to the date of when class starts.
This award is offered to incoming student(s) who demonstrate a commitment to service and vitalism in the field of chiropractic and to Life West.
Criteria includes: award application, conditional acceptance and complete brief essay below.
