The Chiropractic Museum

A committee of individuals is working hard to help build the on-campus Chiropractic Museum at Life West. We are proud to welcome and announce the following members who will share their talent and excitement to build the finest chiropractic museum in the world:

Gerard Clum, DC, Palmer graduate and past thirty-year President of Life West (1981 to 2011); Louis Tiscareno, DC, Palmer graduate, past member of the Life West Board of Regents and current member of the Life West Health Center faculty; Daniel Murphy, DC, Western States graduate, private practitioner and Life West Faculty member and Continuing Education provider; Loren Roberts, DC, Life West graduate (1989) and private practitioner; Caren Cole, DC, Life West graduate (1987) and private practitioner; Emil Gloekler, retired nuclear energy physicist with general electric (1973-2000); Annette Osenga, MLS, thirty-five year Life West Librarian and George Casey, DC, Palmer graduate and twenty-eight year Life West faculty member.

The Museum Committee will meet on a regular basis to help determine collection priorities, design collection displays and promote the Chiropractic Museum at Life West. The college and museum is anxious to receive artifacts to display the proud and colorful history of our profession. Our search for artifacts will include the offices of doctors of chiropractic and the homes, garages and attics of patients and others who have been touched by this wonderful profession.

If you have an artifact to donate or wish more information, please contact George Casey, D.C., at gcasey@lifewest.edu, call 510-780-4500 x4440, or write to: George Casey, D.C., 25001 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, California, 94545.
