Over 1,200 attend Life Chiropractic College West’s The WAVE

Life Chiropractic College West’s 5th annual The WAVE conference provided cutting-edge information from within and beyond the chiropractic profession to over 1,200 attendees on Aug 7-8, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency SF Airport. The event inspired and educated chiropractors and their teams with the necessary business knowledge to develop a thriving and fulfilling practice and find a deeper life purpose.

Highlights of this year’s WAVE included keynote presentations from high-wire artist Philippe Petit, the man who walked between the Twin Towers in 1974. His talk was on the exact anniversary of his famous walk 41 years ago. Petit had members of the audience laughing, learning and thinking throughout. Author Carmine Gallo, who wrote the best-selling book ‘Talk like Ted’, was another popular speaker at the event. Additionally, Neuro-Linguistic Programming expert Marvin Oka drew large crowds. Shilo Harris stole the show while sharing his personal story about serving and being injured in Iraq. His story was about the resilience of the human spirit and the healing power of the human body.

The WAVE, known for providing outstanding content from within the chiropractic profession, featured some key chiropractic speakers, including thought-leaders like Dr. Don Epstein, Dr. Scott Rosa, Dr. John Demartini, Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani, Dr. Deed Harrison, Dr. Phil McMaster, Dr. Ted Carrick, and many more.

While the focus was on learning more about chiropractic and hearing inspirational keynote speakers, attendees spent time enjoying the special parties and events happening during the WAVE.

Additionally, Life West had the opportunity to celebrate some amazing individuals throughout The WAVE program.

The 2015 awards presented were:

  • Student of the Year – Katie Schlein
