The Lifewest Ombuds is a person with whom an employee of the college can communicate an interpersonal concern or conflict. In the spirit of giving, loving and serving, the Ombuds is a designated neutral and impartial confidante who provides informal assistance to employees on a variety of issues and concerns for the purpose of reaching mutually satisfactory solutions. An Ombuds does not advocate for any one position but strives for fairness of process and healthy conflict resolution.
