Support the Life Chiropractic College West International Service Trip Program

Chiropractic care remains unavailable or inaccessible to millions of people worldwide. That’s why Life West organizes 11 annual service trips to Mexico City, Tonga, and India, providing free chiropractic care and wellness education in regions where care is limited or nonexistent.

Each year, students from Life Chiropractic College West embark on international Service Trips, bringing hands-on chiropractic care, health education, and hope to underserved communities. These experiences transform lives — both of those we serve and of the students who return, deeply inspired and confident in their ability to make a difference through chiropractic service.

Partnering with local organizations, these trips deliver consistent access to care and foster lasting relationships with communities that embrace chiropractic as a path to better health.

The world needs more chiropractic!

There are less than 15 chiropractors serving India’s population of over 1.4 billion and there are no chiropractors in Tonga. As of 2019, 64% of chiropractors live in the USA.

Each service trip team of interns and DCs provides free care for three days, adjusting an average of 80-100 patients/person daily. A group of 15 often deliver over 4000 adjustments in a single trip.  The results are extraordinary – improved function, renewed hope, and ripple effects of wellness in the community that extend long after our teams return home.

Our interns are eager to serve, but funding continues to be a challenge for many of them. Your support will help to ensure that talented and passionate students of all financial means can participate in these life-changing experiences, bringing care to those in need.

Your investment in Life West Service Trips will:

• Expand Access to Care: Annually, Life West organizes 11 trips for over 50 interns, providing care to more than 12,000 people who would otherwise go without chiropractic.
• Promote Global Health: By fostering long-term relationships with local communities and partners, Life West helps establish sustainable chiropractic care and awareness.
• Empower Students: Interns gain invaluable clinical experience, develop leadership and cross-cultural skills, and witness firsthand the transformative power of the adjustment.
• Inspire a Lifetime of Service: Many DCs who participate in Service Trips return year after year and become lifelong ambassadors for the chiropractic profession.
