Scholarships are a great way for our students to reduce their total debt load while attending Life West. More than one of our current scholarships requires a recommendation letter from one of their professors or a mentor. If you’re on this page, we hope you feel honored as a student has likely asked you to submit one on their behalf.
Please attach your letter of recommendation using the form below. PDF format tends to work best, though a Microsoft Word document will work as well.
