Life West Alumnus Builds Practice Around Personal Injury and The MMA Community in Fremont, CA
Since graduating from Life West, my journey has been as expected. Opening a chiropractic practice has required preparation and effort – licensing, paperwork, and a lengthy process. It’s been a grind, but I appreciate the experience because it has reiterated my faith in building something meaningful.
I’ve appreciated receiving support from numerous Doctors. Dr. Glass especially, he has given me work when I was waiting for my license, and was searching for an opportunity. He allowed me to hone in my media game, and has helped me understand the business fundamentals. Dr. Dieter supported me with personal injury and connected me to Cal Chiro. Dr. Joe Ibe has always been an open line and great friend to me when I have questions. And Dr. Bridget Abbott, Dr. Zack Soufl, Dr. Katara Sharp, Dr. Rion Black Hogins, Dr. Sydney Swick, Dr. Edgar Serrano, Dr. Mezy Nisha Mastan and Dr. Jose Buenfil have all provided support and assisted in my process of opening up.
With that being said, my focus has been on two specific areas: personal injury cases and MMA athletes here in the Bay Area. These are contrasting target markets, but they both involve people whose nervous systems are under intense stress, and both communities often don’t receive the high-end, nervous system-based care they deserve.
What motivates me is simple: I believe in the fact that hard work works. There’s nothing that separates you from anyone else when you exhibit genuine effort and commitment to excellence. That philosophy applies to opening a business, acquiring higher levels of education, and competing in the game of Life.

Life West provided me with a solid foundation for the game of chiropractic, and I have only continued on that path. I appreciate every opportunity to serve someone because I am fully aware that If one adjustment can change one life, then that will change the world.
The Bay Area MMA community has been difficult to break into because they still have not accepted the truth; the function of their nervous system directly impacts performance. I’m green to the Personal injury community, but I’m looking to continue working towards making this my cornerstone because these people need next-level care.
