Together, we will elevate our impact in the chiropractic profession and beyond.”
Dr. Kevorkian will become the fourth president in the College’s history, succeeding Dr. Ron Oberstein, who will retire on June 30, 2025, after years of transformative leadership and steadfast commitment to the College’s mission.
“I couldn’t be more honored and excited to have Dr. Kevorkian take the helm at Life West,” said Dr. Ron Oberstein, current President of the College. “His unwavering dedication to the college and the chiropractic profession, his clear vision for the future, and his tireless work ethic make him the ideal person to lead us forward. I believe the entire Life West community—our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and supporters—will be thrilled to see someone of Dr. Kevorkian’s caliber and heart guiding the college into its next, incredibly bright chapter.”
“Dr. Kevorkian is a dynamic and inspirational leader with a long-standing commitment to educational excellence and accessibility,” said Dr. Jimmy Nanda, Chair of the Life West Board of Regents.
Since joining Life West’s leadership team in January 2024, Dr. Kevorkian has made an immediate and lasting impact, advancing strategic initiatives across institutional advancement, development, and alumni engagement. Prior to his time at Life West, he spent 42 years in active chiropractic practice alongside his wife, Dr. Patti Giuliano, while also serving the profession through multiple leadership roles.
Dr. Kevorkian currently serves as President of the Board of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He is also the former President of the Massachusetts Alliance for Chiropractic Philosophy and the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Sherman College of Chiropractic. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
