The Board of Regents of Life Chiropractic College West is honored to welcome Dr. Jeanna Mastrodicasa as its newest member.
Life Chiropractic College West is pleased to welcome Dr. Jeanna Mastrodicasa to its Board of Regents, adding nearly three decades of higher education experience to the College’s governing board.
Dr. Mastrodicasa currently serves as Assistant Provost and Director of Institutional Assessment at the University of Florida, where she works within the Office of Accreditation, Assessment and Curriculum. In this role, she supports institutional assessment and academic quality across more than 700 undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree and certificate programs.
Her experience spans many of the areas essential to a strong higher education institution, including accreditation, assessment, curriculum, college operations, student affairs, student programs, and academic advising. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with faculty, staff, students, and university leadership, bringing a broad understanding of both institutional effectiveness and the student experience.

A Career Rooted in Higher Education
Dr. Mastrodicasa’s career has been centered on strengthening institutions and supporting the people within them. Prior to joining the Office of the Provost at the University of Florida, she held university leadership roles across college operations, student affairs, student programs, and academic advising.
Her educational background reflects that same breadth of expertise. Dr. Mastrodicasa earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida and an M.S. in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee. She also holds a J.D. in Law and an A.B.J. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
Beyond her work in higher education, Dr. Mastrodicasa serves on several nonprofit boards in her Gainesville, Florida community and is involved with the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA).
Strengthening Life West for the Future
Dr. Mastrodicasa joins the Board of Regents at an important time for Life West. Her experience in higher education administration, accreditation, assessment, academic programs, and student success brings an additional perspective to the Board as it supports the College’s continued progress.
Her appointment also reflects Life West’s commitment to bringing together leaders with diverse areas of expertise who can contribute to strong governance and support the College’s academic mission.
