Job Description:
The following is a job description for the cadaver lab assistants. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Labs (a sample of specific duties are listed below)
- Open lab for groups of students at lunch or after school (recommended minimum three students to a group.)
- Participate in the end of quarter “Spring Clean”
- Reporting any incidents, keeping a tally of cleaning supplies for future purchase, updating inventory sheets and reporting of any equipment needing attention or replacement
- Other misc. lab maintenance or office admin tasks as assigned
Students must commit to two working quarters with approximately 5 hours per week. Training of daily procedures is required prior to commencing employment (approx. 1 hour.) Salary is $18 per hour and time cards apply.
Students with anatomy experience, or who have already taken skeletal AND Spinal anatomy class preferred.
