The building is located on a major six lane thoroughfare corridor in the west San Jose area.The office is located in an older residential building that has been converted to business on the main street. The office is approximately 1600sqft. with 5 treatment rooms, a patient waiting area, back office, bath room, and a kitchen/break room. There is an X-ray unit on sight which is presently not converted to digital. Films are developed by an automatic processor. The office is fully equipped with adjusting tables and therapy tools. The main techniques used in the office include Gonstead, Diversified, Cox, and activator. The office is presently shared by two D.C. The patient base is distributed from auto(PI) cases with med pay, a smaller portion of lien based PI cases, private insurance, and cash customers. Their is also the occasional work comp and VA(veterans) cases. All of the billing is done online through Office Ally at the present time.

As far as the positions available; I am looking to step away form treating. So the options are open from buying the practice out right; to being the treating doc on a percentage basis, or to renting a room. I am open to making a win win and will try to find a structure that works for an up and coming D.C.
