On April 18, 2014 the Life West campus spent a morning engrossed in a different art than chiropractic technique. On that day, the students expressed their musical side and they competed in Life West’s Chiropractic Has Talent competition.
The Chiropractic Has Talent competition allows students from around the world to express and share their musical abilities while competing for a prize worth $25,000. Each participating chiropractic school hosts an internal competition, and the winners from each school compete against each other at the Chiropractic Has Talent Finale at the WAVE 2014.
Nine groups competed at Life West this spring with a wide range of talents and styles. Among the performances were original songs, cover songs, and an invigorating instrumental jazz composition. The students, faculty, staff, and judges were blown away by the amount of musical talent on display.
Winning the top three positions, the Life West finalists are Dawn Dellaire & Jeff Kay, Nick Rous, and Luxe Innate, comprised of Monica Green & Aubrey Rivera. Luxe Innate won the first place prize and the opportunity to advance to the finale at the WAVE.
