Information on the CARES Act and student financial assistance

Life Chiropractic College West - Northern California

The college has been awarded limited federal funds from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) created in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act to assist students with unforeseen expenses related to the disruption of campus operations, such as moving to online learning.

You must be Title IV Eligible (filed the 2019/20 FAFSA).
• If you are the recipient of federal loan(s) or federal work study you are eligible to apply for the funds.
• If you filed the 2019/20 FAFSA and declined aid you are eligible to apply for the funds.
• If you have not filed a 2019/20 FAFSA you may do so online provided you are a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or Eligible Non-Citizen.

Per federal regulations, international and DACA students are not eligible to apply for this funding.

A committee will review the requests and you will be notified if you have been awarded and the date of disbursement/mailing. As there is limited funding, submission of this form does not guarantee financial assistance. Every request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
