Tarsha Addison has been hired as the college’s new Director of Human Resources and Campus Culture. Tarsha has more than 25 years of human resources experience and previously held several corporate leadership positions. She is passionate about providing solutions and helping build human resources infrastructures that support business goals.
Tarsha holds several degrees from Colorado Technical University and also earned a Diversity Manager certification from the National Diversity Council. Tarsha is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the California Diversity Council.
Tarsha enjoys spending time with her family, reading and listening to music. She is married with two adult children, Parrish and Eric, and three grandchildren. Tarsha also enjoys mentoring other human resources professionals, where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
