Any student who started this quarter and lives in Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, or Union City will have their check(s) available for pick up on campus from Monday through Thursday at the roll-up window in the Business Office.
If you live outside of the aforementioned six cities, your check will be mailed to the address in CAMS. If you have not already done so, it is your responsibility to update your address with the Registrar’s Office. If you wish to pick up your check, you must inform Teresa Geyer at tgeyer@lifewest.edu prior to the disbursement date.
Disbursement dates for the remainder of the quarter: August 4, August 11, August 25, September 8, and September 15. Checks will be ready for pick up or mailed on the next day. You must have your request for additional funds to the Financial Aid Office the preceding Thursday.
