Caught You Doing Something Great!

Life Chiropractic College West - Northern California

“There are seasons in life where work requires a little more of us than our job titles may define. During this season of transition and adaptation, Caitlin Montcrieffe has demonstrated levels of dedication that go beyond the norm. The Life West Student Council Health Center Representative has bridged the gap of communication between the Health Center and the student body. Not only did Caitlin stay up to date with information discussed during meetings within the health center, but she consistently reported approved information with students. Outside of her job as a representative, Caitlin has informed students of developing information regarding the new online approach to education. The information she has obtained has been reliable and always approved by faculty. She has relayed the latest student questions and has maintained an admirable level of respect. Her continued professionalism encourages students to maintain a productive atmosphere.

“When asked about her motivation to continue to shed light on all of the ongoing changes, Caitlin described her craving for answers among the silence and uncertainty. She channeled the proactive drive within her personality to approach those in charge seeking answers to the thousands of questions that have been burdening students. Her commitment to carrying out her titles as a valued Life West student and Health Center Representative continues to fuel her actions.

“As Student Council Advisor Dani Lorta has taught members of the student council, there is never a requirement to ask permission to be a leader. Caitlin has been an outstanding representative of the student voice and will continue to do so as long as necessary. She is a refreshing reminder that we are surrounded by people who are not threatened by hard work but are naturally built with the strength and unwavering drive to take on any obstacle. I look forward to a profession where Caitlin Montcrieffe will be my colleague.” – Diana Tapnio

“I would like to thank the Varsity team for helping to set up my technological needs during the ‘Shelter-In-Place’ order. They have been quick to respond with my requests and have succeeded in keeping me connected to campus. Their efforts are much appreciated.” – Michael Hurschmann

“I am sending a shout-out to Stacy Huber, truly a person who enjoys all aspects of her job. Stacy is always willing to assist with a positive attitude. She answers the switchboard with a genuine smile in her voice and gives a wonderful first impression to the caller on the receiving end. Stacy is very welcoming to anyone walking through the doors and immediately puts one at ease. These are unique talents and should be appreciated by all.” – Bea Goncalves
