Good Luck on Final Exams!

Dear Students,

We wish you the very best as you take your final exams this quarter!

We know how stressful exams can be, so we’ve put together some resources for you to utilize over the next two weeks to help you manage and mitigate some of that stress you’re feeling in your minds and bodies. Below is a selection of videos for each day of this week that focus on an aspect of wellness. There are short meditations and cardio workouts, reminders to stay hydrated, and encouragement to seek out community and connection with your friends and family. We’ve also included some classic offerings from our Mindfulness program. And remember, sign up for Headspace, please try to take time to nourish your body well, try to rest as much as possible, and, of course, get adjusted.

We will also be posting affirmations on all of the campus TVs as reminders of your agency and power in your success. In addition to those, here are a few reminders specific to success in exams. Please take a moment to copy them into your phone or write them down so you have access to them whenever you have a moment to hold that intention for yourselves.
